Shipping To You

PCR Stone packs, insures and ships all original artwork and editions to customers within the Continental United States (collectors outside the U.S., please contact us for acquisitions). Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within five to seven business days after you've made your purchase. You'll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your piece will arrive. Our insurance requires a signature on your end when receiving your artwork. If you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open it and then open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Please email us immediately if there are any problems.

Return Policy

At PCR Stone, customer satisfaction is a top priority. Before purchasing the artwork you should measure your space to be sure you'll be happy with the fit.  If you're not delighted with your artwork purchase, we will give you a refund minus a restocking/handling fee of 25%.  Providing you contact our office by email at sales.pcrstone@gmail.com and ship the piece back within 5 days of receiving your artwork. If you notify us after 5 days, we cannot offer you a refund.  

For a refund, the artwork must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying packaging and paperwork you received with your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We require that you use a trackable shipping service and that you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork (just as we shipped it to you). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To date, we have never had a dissatisfied customer. We credit this to representing accurate colors from our website and asking clients to measure their space for our artwork before ordering them. We can't guarantee 100% accuracy of your computers monitor. To return your artwork, you will need to send an email with your order number, contact info and our shipping address will be provided. Please email us the tracking number for the return so that we can be present to receive and sign for the artwork. 

Artwork Damaged in Transit

When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the package and open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Photograph any damage to the artwork and call us immediately (214) 903-2636.  Be sure the carrier documents the damage.
